5 weekly workouts

Every 4-5 weeks you will receive a fresh new set of workouts (3-5x/week) through my personalized app with video demos and a place for you to log the results of your workouts (this is the key to making progress). The workouts will take 35-50 minutes and there is both a dumbbell only option, as well as a barbell option.
